Coterie Travel charges a nonrefundable Travel Design Fee to curate custom itineraries. Our standard Travel Design Fee is $25 per person per day, but additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the itinerary and the number of travelers. The fee is due after the initial complementary consultation call and before work begins on the itinerary.
